Water cooled condensing deodorizer
The source and composition of waste (odor) gas The national standard "GB14554-93" defines odor as: all gas substances that stimulate the olfactory organs, cause unpleasantness and damage the living environment.
Malodorous substances can be roughly divided into five categories:
(1) Sulfur-containing compounds, such as H2S, mercaptans, thioethers;
(2) Nitrogen-containing compounds, such as NH3, amines, amides, indoles;
(3) Halogens and derivatives, such as cl2, halogenated hydrocarbons;
(4) Hydrocarbons, such as alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, aromatic hydrocarbons;
(5) Oxygen-containing organics, such as alcohols, phenols, aldehydes, ketones, organic acids, etc.
Industrial production, municipal sewage, sludge treatment, garbage disposal, and harmless facilities are the main sources of malodorous gases. The malodorous gas of this project mainly produces a large amount of malodorous gas produced in the high-temperature drying process of fish scraps. The malodorous gas that is not thoroughly purified is emitted into the ambient air and will pollute the surrounding atmosphere. The malodorous pollutants produced are mainly ammonia and hydrogen sulfide gas.
Overview
Due to the implementation of the Environmental Protection Law in different countries, there are strict controls on waste steam discharged from factories. Therefore, the environmental protection of the fish meal workshop is indispensable.
The odor generated by each process in the production of wet fish meal can be connected with the main steam main pipe by the pipeline, and the pipe maintains a certain degree of vacuum, which does not cause the odor to leak, and does not absorb the air too much. Avoid adding burden to the condensing deodorizer and boiler, and then concentrate on the processing. The whole process flow is shown in the figure.
Structure description
The water cooled condensing deodorizer is composed of a cylindrical casing, a tube, and a cooling water pump device. There is a cooling interlayer between the outer casing and the column tube, and the interlayer contacts the outer wall of the column tube through the cooling water pump, and the inner wall of the column tube is in contact with the exhaust gas, and the exhaust gas is cooled into condensed water by the cooling water, and the direct contact between the cooling water and the exhaust gas is prevented. Contamination, in order to achieve environmental protection, this condensation deodorizer is currently the preferred equipment for the treatment of fish meal waste gas.
Installation and commissioning
1.On the basis of the built-up, the body is welded and fixed with the pre-embedded iron plate by electric welding. And to ensure that the body is perpendicular to the horizontal. After the condensing and deodorizing device is accurately positioned and fixed, it is installed in the water outlet pipe and the water pump, and the electrical parts are required to be safe and convenient to operate.
2.When commissioning, be sure that the pump is started and the motor is started. The pump has no abnormal sound, and all the normal commissioning ends after running for 1 hour.
Repair and maintenance
1)Cleaning: After the condensation operation is completed, clean the pump to the inner tube wall for 10 minutes, then turn off the cleaning pump and open the bottom drain valve to remove the sewage.
2)Periodic cleaning: when the condensing deodorizer is produced for 45 days, the outer tube wall must be cleaned with alkaline water for 30 minutes to ensure that the outer tube wall is clean.
Causes and solutions
1.General accidents
(1)leakage of water pump seal.
(2)check whether the packing seal meets the sealing requirements or not.
(3)check whether the water pipe is blocked and dredge it in time or not.

Installation and maintenance
1.The installation location should have a certain space for easy maintenance, not less than 1 meter.
2.Regularly clean the dust on the outer surface of the condenser and the dust on the inner wall of the condenser, so as not to affect the heat exchange effect.
3.If leakage is found, contact the manufacturer and eliminate it in time.
4.Strong installation requirements and vibration is avoided.
